- for each phone get ATOM, person, location
- get account, grp ldr, authorization for 380 int. call phones
Could generate email to ATOM, user, group/dept leader providing number called, time, duration:
- ask for location of number called, and build into database, use database to avoid alerts - ongoing effort
- ask if calls for business purposes, if not ask they send check to … to cover cost - couple of months
- as “bills” to group/dept leaders - couple of month
make reports public, maybe privacy issues - tomorrow
